How the fundraiser works.

There are two different fundraising methods listed below. An organization can choose to do one or the other, or both. It would be advantageous to do both fundraisers together for optimal benefit. The more people who get to sample the product, the more dip packs the organization will sell.

Team/Group Fundraiser
  1. The school/organization begins by filling out a simple one page Team/Group Fundraising Agreement and receives a login code.
  2. The school/organization informs us of the number of fundraising participants.
  3. We will send one sample dip for each participant at a cost of $2.50 per dip pack.*
  4. The school/organization prints an order form for each participant from the Forms tab.
  5. When the fundraiser begins, the school/organization passes out a sample dip pack and an order form to each participant.
  6. The sample dip can be prepared and taken to work by the participant’s parents, or to any type of group setting. It is best to serve it with pretzel dipping sticks.
  7. The participant takes orders and payment by either cash or check. The retail price is $5.00 per dip pack.
  8. When the fundraiser time period is over, the participant turns in the completed order form, along with the total amount of cash and checks, including $2.50 for the sample dip.
  9. The school/organization will total the quantity sold for each dip flavor, and place the order on our website under the Organization Login tab with a code that was provided when the Fundraising Agreement was submitted.
  10. The school/organization will mail a check for the amount due. The cost will be $3.00 per dip for the first 100 dips purchased, and $2.50 per dip purchased over 100. There will also be a small shipping cost.
  11. We will ship out the order after we have received payment. The order will be shipped in three weeks or less.
  12. When the school/organization receives the order, each participant must collect the dip packs that he/she sold, and deliver them to the purchaser.
*Purchasing a sample dip pack for each participant is optional, but it is highly recommended as key to a successful fundraiser. Our gourmet dips will sell themselves when sampled.

Concession Stand Fundraiser
  1. The school/organization begins by filling out a simple one page Concession Fundraising Agreement.
  2. The school/organization will place their order on our website under the Organization Login tab with a code that was provided when the Fundraising Agreement was submitted.
  3. The spices will be ordered in one pound quantities for each flavor chosen. 1 lb. of spices will make approximately 256 oz. of dip for a purchase cost of $28.00.
  4. The school/organization will mail a check for the amount ordered, and the spices will be shipped in three weeks or less. The 1 lb. spice container is a convenient resealable plastic jar. The shelf life of the dry spices is two years.
  5. The concession stand will mix the spices with sour cream and mayonnaise and serve to individuals. A batch of dip can be prepared prior to the event. The shelf life of the prepared dip is the same as the sour cream used to prepare it. Serving size should be approximately 2 oz., and served in a tray with pretzels or chips. Usually a tray similar to one used for chips and cheese is used.*
  6. Individual dip packs can also be purchased from our website at $2.50 per pack, and sold to customers at a fixed price of $5.00 per pack. Concession stands should not sell dip packages during a Team/Group Fundraiser occurring at the same organization, unless the concession stand is coordinating with the fundraiser coordinator.
  7. The school/organization can place reorders as needed from our website.
*It is up to the discretion of the organization to determine the selling price of the dip and pretzels. If the selling price was $2.00, then one pound of spices would generate approximately $256.00 of revenue.
